The kids' birthday party was on Saturday. We had so much fun and we are now the biggest fans of Prehistoric Pets/Jurassic Parties. We hired a guy from their shop to come out and do a presentation, and we all thought it was so cool. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for birthday entertainment. Anyway, I am just thankful that Jake and Grace had a fun day! Here are some pics...

I can't believe that my babies are getting so big. They are funny, spunky, totally different from each other, and they overfill us with love and A LOT of laughter! I am so thankful to God for the amazing blessings they have been in our lives. (And on my next bad day, remind me to read that over, and over, and over...)

Those pictures are such nice quality. Are those off Matt's camera? They look great. I want you to post the one of Grace with the huge snake wrapped around her. I didn't know they stuck that tarantula on her head! She is so brave and she looks so cute and girly while surrounded by these creatures! It was a great party!
Barwars was a great theme. Barbie/Star Wars for those who don't know. I can't believe they're so old now. Jake will be babysitting Trent any day now.

I'd like to reiterate what you said about recommending the Prehistoric Pets company. EVERYONE at the party from age 2 to 90 was enthralled for about an hour. You don't see 90 year-olds in Bounce Houses! (Um...same goes for 40-something grandmas...).
Jake and Grace were so well behaved and brave to handle all those critters! You should have mentioned that they held a HUGE scorpion, AND Grace "tasted" the 6ft python! Ew!
I would comment a little more, but I just saw Sanjaya's hair and I am feeling a bit queasy...erp...more later.
Okay, it sounds like a great, fun party. But... I am TERRIFIED of snakes and pretty much any reptile.

What a fun day. But I second Tonya's comment. YIKES!!! BARWARS... HAHAHAH. They are cute. I can't believe how brave Grace looks holding that thing and with the other thing on her head. See, I can't even say their names.
