...was clearly the theme of today's very PC Kindergarten performance at Jake's school. I was bummed that Jake was way in the back row, but oh well. He did a great job (not quite as Tony Bennet as last week at church, but hey) and he looked so stinking cute. Here is the best I could do for a picture ...
Grace was so well behaved. After the show was over, she wanted to have her own Babs moment, but she will have to wait a couple more years.
Upon leaving, I was approached by a very nice couple asking me if I was Jacob's mom. Apparently their daughter "E" is enamored with Jake. I have known about this love match for some time, as apparently they are getting married and sometimes "E" kisses my innocent son on the cheek during computer lab. Apparently "E" is always talking about Jake at home. Cute. It was nice to meet her parents before the big day.

Take it easy E. Don't be throwing yourself at men at such an early age. I can't believe you blogged this already. Amazing! Amazing that you didn't answer your phone when I just called a minute ago too. I just wanted to give you some feedback I've already gotten about the cards. Out-
Jake looks really cute with that smug look - "I'm bad, uh-hunh".
Little E. looks awfully cute with her little "antlers"! She looks like she was the Babs of the group - hmmm....Tony and Babs....two stong egos...may not work...
That little girl in the pink is cute...
The girl with the bangs? Melinda...
Robyn!
What is madan? I know what Christmas and Kahwanza are but madan? I didn't know Steve Madden had his own holiday. It makes sense though since his shoes are of a pinnacle holidaesque quality.
Ramamdan is a Muslim holiday ... I think?

One of girls I used to work at Bank of America (back when dinosaurs roamed the earth) used to fast during Ramadan. She would get so pale and weak - and then when the sun went down she would pack the food in! I used to feel so bad for her - kind of a tough "holiday"!
