(Remember that time when my kids went walking through the magical Japanese cherry blossom forest? No? Me either, but it looks like it would have been cute.)
The other day I was putting Nathan to sleep in our room. I came out to the living room to find Jake and Grace coloring at the coffee table. I plopped down on the couch with a book, when Grace said, "Guess what Jake said to me."
"What?"
"He said, 'I love you.' To me!" She was so excited. Her adoration of her brother is unparalleled.
"Awww, that was very sweet."
After an awkward pause, with Jake looking nervously around, he exclaimed, "Grace! Why did you have to tell her?! Guuuuuuy!"
Busted.
(Oh, and hey, remember when my kids went walking in that swirly jungle, and suddenly a quote about friendship from Winnie the Pooh appeared, mid-air? Nah, me either, but I sent this off to get printed, huge, for the kids wall. Fingers crossed it comes back good.)

17in monitor and I struggled to read the quote, so here it is for those of us whose eyesight isn't what it used to be:
“Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh," he whispered.

I was bummed I couldn't read the quote either, so thank your mom for writing it. What a neat quote. That is the sweetest picture and it makes me emotional because I hope that's how Trent and Jenna will be together when they're older.
I think that's funny that Jake got embarrased when Grace told you he said I love you to her. I can just imagine him leaning into her and whispering it to his sister in the middle of playing.
Maybe I should have you take one of Trent pushing Jenna really hard in her swing and frame it too. Ha. Ha.
