My new hobby (set to last for about two weeks) is playing with Adobe Photoshop! If you have not spent a good hour or eight on this computer program, then you are missing out! Here are some of my favorite pictures as of late...
This one actually looked better blown up, but I still think it is a cool shot of Jake and his friend anticipating the wave.
On these two, I blacked all of the color out of most of the picture to highlight certain parts.
This picture is was too cute, noting that in the shadow Jake and Grace are holding hands ... or attacking each other, but who cares?
I love the next one, mainly because I love this little boy! I think he is so cute he deserves to be hand drawn! ... by a computer mouse!

Is that supposed to be Trent? Or Nathan? I am STUNNED by those pictures. Can you please do that to the pictures we took at my house that night of Trent? I'll pay you for your time. I love the one of Jake and his friend in the wave, although that wave looks awfully big. Be careful Jake!
Grace is adorable and belongs in a Pottery Barn Kids catalog with all her curls and facial expressions. I love it, love it, love it! I love the one of her with the green leaf/bug? in her hand. That is so cool. You really should blow those up and frame them right this second.
That is Trent, from that night at your house. I have been playing with the others that we took, but the lighting was really bad. We should go to a park soon and take some outdoor shots. You are going to laugh when I show you how easy it is to play with pictures. That will be fun ... do I hear another girls night coming? Thanks for the props!
I LOVE the pictures! I really like the one of Grace holding the leaf. I immediately knew that was Trent, and until I read your entry I thought you drew it! You could have had us all thinking you were the next Rembrandt!
Now.... I really want you to spend time researching how to eliminate wrinkles, flabby thighs, and um...sagging parts - I KNOW HOW MUCH YOU ENJOY CHALLENGE! I will email a picture, and I expect to look FABULOUS! After you do the "lift procedure", why don't you add a tube top in honor of Robyn?!
Christie, Great pictures! Maybe I should consult you on my end-of-the-year scrapbook!?! Great Job!
Christie's mom,
In reference to your question about who "poomaker" is, it's my brother-in-law. Apparently, he thought that would be funny to have that name. Also, I think you should start a blog and post pictures of Christie when she was young. Perhaps some of her at her swim meets?
